Waterless Lithograph

Semko is an artist, author, and educator whose art practice is focused on innovative approaches to printmaking. He holds a BFA from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada and an MFA from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Jacob has taught at various Universities and Art colleges across Canada, the U.S, Hong Kong, Mainland China UK and Ireland.

Jacob resides in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where he works out of his own print shop and is writing a sequel to his 2005 publication 'Waterless Lithography: An Artist Guide to Nik Semenoff’s Method'. In

2008 he was a nominated finalist for the Lieutenant Governs award for

contribution to the arts in Saskatchewan. Jacob specializes in

Waterless Lithography and remains committed to both traditional and non-toxic approaches to printmaking. He currently exhibits his work across Canada and the UK.
