Take some ‘time out’ to decompress. This could involve being creative with nature - monoprinting with dried and fresh plants to create unique prints. Or trying the meditative process of letterpress or lino-cut printmaking. These methods of direct printing encourage improved wellbeing while harnessing your creativity to lift your mood. The session will begin with a relaxing twenty minute guided mindfulness meditation on nature.
