What We Do Courses SWITCH OFF SUNDAYS - WELLBEING Tutor: Jill McKeown and other tutors. The last Sunday of every month 2pm – 4pm starting 29th of March £30 - 5 places 26th April and 31st May are the other Sundays this course will take place on. Take some ‘time out’ to decompress. This could involve being creative with nature - monoprinting with dried and fresh plants to create unique prints. Or trying the meditative process of letterpress or lino-cut printmaking. These methods of direct printing encourage improved wellbeing while harnessing your creativity to lift your mood. The session will begin with a relaxing twenty minute guided mindfulness meditation on nature. Booking for this event has now closed.
