Who we are How we're funded We need funding to help us deliver our services. We have an excellent track record on securing funds and on delivering projects. We also earn income that gets ploughed back into service delivery. You can find a list of our current funders here. Because of the support we received last year we were able to teach 555 young people to print, provide more than 70 sessions for people with mental health, who are isolated and need support and provide resources for more than 100 creatives. Our expenditure in year ending 2018 was £166,784* Of this, 45% was from our principal funder Arts Council of Northern Ireland. – call to action: donate / fundraise / corporate / appeals A further 37% came from earned income. – call to action: volunteer for us, eg lobbying With support from Arts Council of Northern Ireland, our principal funder we can pay our salaries and part of our rent. We earn enough to keep the building open and deliver our core services like courses, exhibitions, education and supporting creatives. * As recorded in our financial statements for the year ending March 2018. We need to raise funds for the work we do on wellbeing and mental health. These projects are a life line to our users and we feel a responsibility to attract sustainable funds to keep delivering and making a difference. It can be a challenge to secure sustainable resources and that’s where support from donors really helps. How you helped We are grateful to our funders who continue to value and support the work we do. Thank you to everyone who bought a print or booked a course. Every penny makes a difference. Artists get a kick from selling their work and knowing it will be enjoyed. They also value every hour of work they get and this helps fund their artistic practice which in turn inspires and excites our audiences.
